private entity.

rental…this is a chance to get away with all of

There are gardens surrounding the
property and the brick pavers lead you to the
lake, just steps away. Roast marshmallows by the
firepit down by the lake. Bring your boat and dock
it in the reserved Shore
Station. Park in your own
driveway and use your own private entrance to the
Carriage House.
 The
interior design boasts reclaimed oak
floors, a dormered
ceiling, a tiled bathroom and a walk in closet.
The bedroom has a washer and dryer, a view to
the lake and some antique furniture. You’ll find the
kitchen is fully stocked with Ikea dishes, top
of the line appliances with a dinette and a
breakfast bar. There is a desk with high speed
wireless internet and a phone in both the kitchen
and bedroom. The living room has wonderful
wicker furniture and a Toshiba television with a
DVD player.
The location is one you will not find anywhere
else. You will be just minutes away from Bar
Harbor, Zorbaz on Gull and Ivens on the Bay. If
